How do I create an event?

Tap the plus button (Create event) on the home screen, choose the event type (e.g. bachelor party, birthday, wedding), set a name and date — done. As the organiser you can then invite guests, create tasks, build a schedule, start polls and manage the budget. Creating events is free.

Question 2

How do I join an event with an invitation code?

Accepted Answer

Open the app and choose 'Join event', then enter the 6-character invitation code — or simply tap the invitation link you received. You'll be added to the event right away. If the code doesn't work, ask the organiser for a fresh link — codes can expire when the organiser resets them.

How do I get EventBliss Premium?

Accepted Answer

You can buy Premium in two ways:

• In the app: open the Premium page and complete the purchase via the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Subscriptions renew automatically; the Lifetime option is a one-time purchase.
• On the website: sign in on event-bliss.com and buy via our payment provider Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more).

Premium unlocks unlimited events, all party games, AI features and more.

Question 4

I bought Premium but it's not active — how do I restore my purchase?

Accepted Answer

Open the Premium page in the app and tap 'Restore purchases'. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID / Google account you used for the original purchase — and with the same EventBliss account. If you bought Premium on the website, sign in to the app with the same EventBliss account; it syncs automatically. Still not working? Email support@event-bliss.com and attach your purchase receipt.

How do I cancel a subscription bought in the app (App Store / Google Play)?

Subscriptions bought in the app are managed exclusively by Apple or Google — EventBliss cannot cancel them for you:

• iPhone/iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → EventBliss → Cancel subscription.
• Android: Google Play app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → EventBliss → Cancel.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, otherwise it renews automatically. After cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does NOT cancel a subscription.

Question 6

How do I cancel a subscription bought on the website?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions purchased on event-bliss.com (via Stripe) can be cancelled in your account on the website — or simply email support@event-bliss.com from your account email address and we'll cancel it for you. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Premium until then.

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and your events (backup copies are purged within 30 days; payment records subject to statutory retention are kept for the prescribed period). Important: an active App Store / Google Play subscription is NOT cancelled by deleting your account — cancel it first in your store's subscription settings.

Can I get a copy of my data (data export)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Under Art. 20 GDPR you can receive the data you provided in a machine-readable format. Email support@event-bliss.com from the email address of your EventBliss account and request a data export — we'll send it within 30 days at the latest, usually much faster.

Question 9

I have a question or problem with a marketplace booking — who do I contact?

Accepted Answer

Your service contract is concluded directly with the agency, so first contact the agency via the booking chat in the app — that keeps everything documented. If you can't reach an agreement or the agency doesn't respond, email support@event-bliss.com with your booking number: EventBliss mediates in every case, and buyer protection applies to online payments.

Question 10

A party game or the music game (OHRWURM) isn't working — what can I do?

Accepted Answer

First check your internet connection and make sure the app is up to date. For the OHRWURM music game: full song playback requires a Spotify Premium account connected in the game; without it, shorter preview clips are played. If a game doesn't start or freezes, fully close and reopen the app. Still stuck? Email support@event-bliss.com with your device model and a short description.
